At PapeClub.Us, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality apparel and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns but no exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items, limited drops, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at PapeClubUs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
• We’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.
